The whole "abductions" thing
The overall look of the Ethereals (on the few occasions we saw them), and the name "Ethereals" itself
The resemblance of Grey fighters to classic flying saucers

and so on. I know from reading some of the behind-the-scenes material on the episode-by-episode review thread on here - and just from watching the show itself, of course - that the Grey tended to get pushed aside by the other arcs of HF more often than not (which was probably for the best, honestly), and so a lot of stuff relating to them was also pushed aside or not followed up on. So my question here and now, to anyone involved with some of HF's story development: was there ever any kind of in-universe connection considered between the Grey and classic UFO legends? And, out-of-universe, to what extent were those same legends drawn upon in developing them? I was wondering if anyone would be able to fill me in on the origins of Hidden Frontier Productions? How it was all put together, that sort of thing? I've watched a few of the series, and it's all been fantastic, and the whole thing seems massive, far greater than any other fan production or series of productions I've ever seen. I'd love to be able to participate in something similar myself (probably on a smaller scale) so I was hoping that some information about HF's own origins could maybe set me going in the right direction.

A few specific questions and requests:

Was there ever a formal name given to the Tholian/Breen war that begin in 6.01?

Can anyone provide me with information on some of the "background" non-Federation starships seen throughout the series? I'd like to have something up about them in some way. Also, there is at least one unidentified Tholian class - a wedge-shaped ship first appearing as Siroc's transport in 5.02, and going on to feature in several of the major battle scenes. Was this design ever given a name?

Most importantly, is there anyone out there with some good screencaps of season 6 and 7? I am leaving the equinox staff and the HF forums, permanently. It is not due to any actions here or anyone. Things have fallen apart at home, and I need to fix them. No problems with Cherry or family just economic situations.

However, attempting to follow any link to the "www.frontier-guard.com" site has resulted in me getting redirected by my university's network with the following message:

I read on the Odyssey thread the question was raised about Fed one ending or continuing. The point was suggested by Andrew F that if people would like to see Fed One continue to raise it in a new thread here. - Well, here I am, and here is the topic!

One of the aspects I wold love to see this series explore is how the UFOP works politically and how the office of the president relates to the council, as well as other Alpha / Beta / Gamma quadrant organisations, how the history of the future develops and get up close and personal with senior figures in the cabinet and various member worlds of the UFOP. - Established of old, relative newcomers, and perhaps one or two of those created within the HF portion of the Trek narrative Universe.

I also think the election challenge and hostage situation ideas def deserve to see the audio light of day!

I read somewhere that you no longer have the uniforms dunno how that happened also read most of the crew had moved away be interested to know what/where former cast and crew etc are doing now (without being too specific for obvious reasons). Particularly as i kinda miss seeing their characters on screen and the bloopers made it all look like a lot of fun and they seemed like such a great bunch and like with all TV programs and films everyone (including me) have got our fav characters and also actors.

It's just a shame I only just found these fan films in the last month and now it seems it's all over bar the fat lady singin' her song

Without wanting to have spoilers for the movie I'd like to know what the release of the movie will mean for the entirety of the HF universe and what its future might bring besides the continuation of Henglaar, M.D.
What is this production team going to do since Frontier Guard was canceled and besides the story of Henglaar, M.D. after the movie's release.
Will you produce something not related to HF, nothing at all, or will there be more spin-offs of Hidden Frontier?
I mean the Helena Chronicles stayed where HF was near DS 12 and with only six episodes of its own, where Odyssey had at least nine episodes (seasons 1 and 2 plus the audio story).
Another question I'd like to ask, is if Federation One ended with episode 4 of season two, since it did not say in its description that it was a season or series finale.

There is mention on another thread in Production News about a link for a sneak peek at the opening titles for the new season, but alas the link leads to a dead thread. I have long thought, and I'm sure many other fans agree, that the opening titles and music for the HF shows are among the most impressive elements of these fan films and are on par with those from the broadcast series. They really do add the sense that we're watching a "real" series, and I've often played the wonderful themes and images multiple times in a sitting looking for something new.

So basically, I'm wondering if the link that was referred to is real, and if we can still see that peek into the titles for the upcoming series (or movie as it now seems to be).

No hurry on you all to finish - I've only recently discovered HC and ODY, so more than patient to wait for the epic ending, but if the new titles *are* available to view already, so much the better!

Can anyone point me in the right direction (or were they taken down to allow for more tweaking?)
