As we all know, the world is destined to end on Saturday, 22nd of December. To celebrate our inevitable demise, I thought we could all throw a virtual party at our different locations.

Here in Australia (along with New Zealand) we will obviously see the last day on Earth through first, so I intend to report as to everything that is happening.

So what do you reckon guys? Party on, dudes!

I'm so glad that post is dripping with sarcasm, or I might have to come bitch slap you for being so foolish.

But I still love you Moe, so all is good.

If you have a party I would love to attend.

Well, I guess I could report on it from Atlanta. It's what, the 21st?

When they said the world ends once you're thirty, I didn't think it was literal! I made it past the 30 mark, but apparently 33 is going to be too much. I will attend the party. Send cash gifts ahead of time!

I'm a bit vague on the whole end of the world thing. Is it the zombie apocalypse? The religious experience? Bogong highway construction? Borg, Daleks, what?

Does everybody become space toast? Or does someone come along and clean up after?

I mean, if I party too hard, in characteristic as that might be, does someone come around and see me wearing a lampshade...and nothing else...in some comically compromising position with that equally shy guy from who knows where?

Although, now that I think of it, that might be worth it, and hey, if it *is* the end of the world, surely I will have other things on my mind afterward. Or perhaps nothing. Or maybe a lot of that guy. Say, it'd be nice if he'd show up well in advance, so we could get acquainted.

Really, what's up with the lampshade? It's not that enlightened an exit, is it?

I think a towel and bathrobe might be in order.

Also, whose crazy idea is it to end the world four days before Christmas? Sorta goes against...well, a lot of things besides a big dinner, lots of presents, or peace and harmony for all, now doesn't it?

At least there's an easy come as you are sort of thing.

Should I be concerned about lampshades?

Nevermind. Just have Mr. Right show up way before lights out. Not sure who's more tired of not finding each other, him or me, but we must not be doing it right. So, some practice before the big zero-zero might be in order.

Phooey. If the world does end, it's not likely I'll notice.

Uh, or is this the one where there's a kid in leather riding a pink dragon and being chased by the Nothing?

Maybe I'll sleep in. Wearing a lampshade and nothing else. Maybe. Will that guy still drop in?

Deeply philosophical.

Lampshade. Nekkid-ness. Hmmm....

ooh. Todays (Wednesdays) date is a palindrome (being the 12/11/12) Should something terrible and bad be happening today? Or is it something wondrous and good?
