I was just curious, a 3 episode season? Helena Chronicles seems a little sparse on episodes compared to HF. Budget go down? Time? Not enough story to stretch out? I like this series, just wish there was more of it.

Not really. When you think about it they are the same series. Both are techinically working on the same story, but from different perspectives. HF averaged roughly 8 episodes per season. Whn they are added up, the episodes are 8 per season. I figure it like Stargate SG1 and Atlantis. They both overlap each other periodically.
Time may be a it of a factor too. With Federation 1, Henglaar MD, and Frontier Guard in the works as well. They obviously have plenty to keep them hopping lol. |
