Recurring character actor required for Star Trek Grissom

The Star Trek Grissom team, with an acting compliment of nearly 30 characters based in Ireland, Scotland, England, Germany, Sweden, U.S.A. and Canada, is delighted to incorporate another of the characters from the prose chapters into the ongoing audio adventures.

Grissom publishes bi-monthly prose chapters and 2 x 1 hour-long audio adventures a year. Many of the overseas cast made the trip to record with us in the Emerald Isle for our second episode ‘The Price of Virtue’ due end 2009/early 2010. Now is your chance to join our family as a recurring character.

We will incorporate the character of Bacari Jata, Grissom navigator, from audio episode 3 onwards. Audio 3 & 4 will be recorded next year. Bacari is fluent in Madinka, French and English. Bacari served on the Gallant prior to its destruction in the 'Wormhole Incident' on stardate 8145.3 but was fortunate enough to transfer over to the Grissom prior to this. Bacari is a good friend of William Bearclaw.

Jata: Lieutenant Casas and his men are in a firefight with Tholians who are attempting to take engineering, I’ve sent McLaughlin to help out. We have wounded here in sickbay, Ensign DeLonghi is dead and Specialist Aabin was shot by the Tholians.

Thanks for the replies and audition lines from the Intrepid, Lexington and HFP boards. Just a reminder, that the casting process is still open if you would like to audition for the part of Bacari Jata and join the Grissom team.

In order to process the auditions so far, we are closing the audition process on Sunday December 20th, and we will announce the actor who will join the Grissom crew as recurring character Bacari Jata on the weekend of Dec 20th.

In the interim, all auditions for the character of Jata have been logged, and we will use these to offer any cameo roles which may arise to the unsuccessful forum members who auditioned!
