UPDATE: 26TH APRIL 2010
Audio Star Trek Grissom audio episode 3 script 'The Stars my Destination', by the multi talented Bodo Hartwig, has been issued to the cast and crew of Grissom and is in the process of being recorded. Final recording for the Irish cast, and those cast and crew travelling to Dublin, will take place on the weekend of June 11th 2010. The episode will be an action packed hour featuring Commander Stephanie Ottair (Jennifer 'Hidden Frontier' Cole), leading the defense of the Grissom against the forces of the Tholian Assembly! Bodo Hartwig, busy bee that he is, will soon begin work on the script for episode 4, which will adapt the recent Nick(Star Trek Intrepid's Daniel Hunter) plotted prose story 'One moment of humanity'. Prose First treatments are in for prose chapters 8 and 9, by Rick Pike and Charles Miller respectively, which will link into TNG with a look at the origins of the Tarellian Plaque, and its deadly consequences for the Grissom crew. Casting Look for some announcements on major guest stars soon, we are keeping some things under wraps! SP |

GRISSOM UPDATE: 24TH MAY 2010
Here is the news in our area! Audio Lines from the cast continue to arrive in, and the Dublin cast and crew prepare to welcome the visiting cast and crew to Ireland once again on the weekend of June 11th, for final audio recording in our usual studio 'The Cauldron'. The Saturday before shooting the cast and crew will enjoy the day at Dublins annual food festival 'Taste' in the beautiful Ivy Gardens. Bodo Hartwig will begin to weave his magic thereafter with the completed voice actors lines. The Script for audio episode 4 is also in development, and will be helmed by Bodo Hartwig once again, following his sterling work on the script for audio episode 3. Audio 4 features special guest stars Nick (Daniel Hunter) Cook and Lucie Cook, of the brilliant Star Trek Intrepid. Prose chapters Latest figures from ISSUU.com show that the first 7 prose chapters have had 34,000 visits and, amazingly, over 16,000 readers! We are thrilled with these figures for the prose, which help expand the audio adventures. The current Grissom prose writing team has been expanded to include HFP crew member and longtime Grissom collaborator Rick Pike, who comes aboard with Prose chapter 8. Rick is joined by Charles Miller III, who will produce Prose chapter 9. Audio Scriptwriter & maestro extraordinaire Bodo Hartwig, makes the transition to prose with Prose chapter 10. They join Seán P Teeling, Melissa Wilson and Adrian Howard Jones as part of the regular writing team. Both Rick and Charles are also members of our audio cast, and play Lars Thorsen and Captain R'itarxx respectively. Don't forget, you can join the Star Trek Grissom fan page on Face Book!
