HFP 2010 GET - TOGETHER
You are invited to a Pool Party/BBQ to celebrate the wrapping of Odyssey, Helena Chronicles, and the season endings other Hidden Frontier Productions shows. Because our plans for holding a large, formal EB4 Fan Convention have been postponed indefinitely, we wanted to invite Cast, Crew, Staff, and any Fans who would like to attend, to an HFP Pool Party/BBQ to be held at the lovely home of our own Barbara Clifford (Myra Elbrey) on Saturday, June 26th, 2010 from 1:00 - 9:00 p.m.. Barbara lives near the LAX Airport area in Westchester. In addition, you are welcome to get together with your fellow Cast, Crew and Fans for a group visit to Universal Studios on Monday, June 28 and to Disneyland / California Adventure on Wednesday, June 30. If you are interested in attending any of the three activities, please go to the online RSVP form at: http://fs20.formsite.com/rpike20625/HFP2010/index.html For the Pool Party/BBQ, bring your bathing suit and towel, a folding chair if you have one, a side dish or dessert item to share, and plan to have a great time, rain or shine (there is a covered patio area). We’re planning to get things started at about 1:00 p.m. with fun and games by the pool, swimming in the pool and hot tub, music, games and contests, and even a DanceDance Revolution challenge. We’ll also try doing karaoke, and get some of our very musically talented friends to do some piano-bar favorites for sing-a-long. Bring sheet music, musical instruments, CDs or karaoke CDs if you want to. To attend the HFP Pool Party/BBQ and other events, each person (cast, crew, and fans) must RSVP online at: http://fs20.formsite.com/rpike20625/HFP2010/index.html Once you RSVP, you will be added to the list, and as the event gets closer, we'll send out information, including dates, times, places, driving directions, maps, etc. (Note: members are asked to please NOT share the information packet they will receive -- out of respect for Barbara Clifford's gracious hosting of the party, and to allow us to get an adequate count of possible attendees). Right now, this is a Save-the-Date type announcement, and more details will be posted soon. Please note: this is NOT an EB-type event as in the past. This are simply three activities that you are welcome to join if you will be in the Los Angeles area in June. Everyone is on their own for travel arrangements and transportation.
