Well, I promised that there were available guest roles for EQX 1x02, and here they are:
Guest role #1) (Male voice, harsh) KROWTONAN GUARD: This is a warning to all vessels: The Krowtonan Guard, under the leadership and authority of The Committee, will deal with any encroachment of our territory with the utmost force. The Committee has decreed Krowtonan space must remain pure. The Committee has authorized lethal force against any vessel found to breach Krowtonan space. This is a warning to all... Guest role #2) (Male or female voice) CARNIVAL BARKER: Step right up and see the freaks! The bearded lady! Conjoined twins! And the piece de resistance, the Andorian with a head full of antennae… we call her the Medusa! Guest role #3) (Male or female voice) TRANSPORTER CHIEF: Understood, sir. Also needed are a number of background carnival worker voices - "Step right up", "Press your luck", and other such little pieces of dialogue. The more, the better! Just now seeing this. Have to solve an audio recording issue. If/when I solve it, I'll send in audition takes. In any case, I'm interested in auditioning for roles whenever something comes up.

Did some fiddling with my audio setup, expecting to do more fiddling until I get it settled. -- But I'm recording audition takes tonight, so tonight or by Tuesday, you should have something by me.
Note: Please expect an email prior. I can upload the takes to my website for the production team to download. Alternately, and perhaps easier if you're familiar with it, I can provide an FTP account for that. |

I've already got them. Very nice!

Oops, guess I'll need to do another take of that, then.
Um, did anyone catch that Krowtonan is close to en croutons? No wonder they're so upset! LOL. Pass the oil and vinegar? Trying to find a missing (mechanical) audio part here, and awaiting a new headset. |

I just sent new auditions with the OH instead of the OW for the Krowtonan Guard role, with alternates on how the guard might sound.
A former carnie I know may have some suggestions for the carnie dialogue. If I get something specific back, I'll pass it along so it might help other auditioners or the regular cast in providing ad libbed carnie worker and crowd chatter. You almost got my two cats trying to steal the scenes. Show offs. I offered 'em roles, but they were holding out. Diva boys. |
