I'd like to suggest a wrap-up meeting for our recent Excelsior Ball II on Tuesday 8 May 2007 at 7:00pm PDT in the Hidden Frontier chatroom. I don't intend this to be a long meeting, but merely a discussion of our successes and failures so we can begin putting together an even more spectacular event next time. I also plan to review our finances.
All are welcome at this event. If we have a large turnout, it will be a "moderated meeting", otherwise we'll just try to keep things as organised as possible. Thanks. Andrew |

I'll have to file my report as an absentee one. My duties at my primary job make it impossible for me to attend Tuesday meetings.
